Concrete and Aggregate Construction Materials Testing

The Thrasher Group North Carolina offers construction materials testing for concrete and aggregates from our AASHTO and CCRL accredited laboratory in Gastonia.

Our highly skilled lab technicians offer concrete field testing (conducted by an ACI Certified Concrete Field Technician Grade 1); concrete lab testing (conducted by an ACI Certified Concrete Strength Testing Technician); and aggregate testing (conducted by an ACI Certified Aggregate Testing Technician Level 1). Compaction testing with a nuclear density gauge is available as well.

Material testing for concrete may include field testing, laboratory testing, slump test, air content, temperature testing, strength testing, etc. Material testing for aggregate may include lab tests on fine aggregate, gradation/grading testing, sieve analysis of fine aggregate, density test, nuclear compaction testing, testing moisture content, etc.
